Director, Benefit Operations & Member Services , Loyalty & Incentives

Beth’s primary responsibility is to manage a group of six Benefit Sales recruiters to acquire restaurants, museums, theaters and various other merchants for the MemberCard program. Working closely with Client Services, Beth is always looking for local community businesses to support the goals of our clients and in return gain loyal customers to their establishments.   Beth also manages a team of three Customer Service representatives who assist clients, members and merchants so that their experience with the MemberCard is always positive.

What excites you about your work at AFG?

Not only does the recruitment of new benefits help clients acquire new members to support the station, but local, community minded, businesses garner new patrons with their association with the program. A win win situation for everyone.

If you weren’t at AFG, what would you be doing?

Baking has always been a passion of mine. Trying new recipes and creating delicious treats to share with friends and family. So, I would probably pursue a career as a pastry chef.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of AFG?

As a Certified Jazzercise Instructor, I enjoy teaching dance aerobics classes 3 times per week, encouraging and helping others to meet their fitness goals.
